Agnieszka is our Operations Director with over 15 years of experience in business management roles. Agnieszka plays a key role within MyAccess Clinics team working closely with senior management and other key stakeholders, ensuring that all processes are implemented effectively.
Agnieszka has worked in fast paced environment successively providing effective leadership, development, and performance management within cross-cultural teams. She always positions the business values and purpose at the heart of everything she does, without compromising on the quality of service provided by MyAccess Clinic.

She treats patients with a range of chronic painful conditions and is a keen advocate of a multidisciplinary approach to pain management. Dr Ghei believes in the holistic approach to management, integrating techniques such as medication management, physiotherapy, acupuncture and interventions for patient care to improve quality of life.

He has a special interest in Musculoskeletal & Neuropathic Pain and Spasticity Management following spine related disorders. He has experience in providing comprehensive tertiary level treatment, through implanting and managing intrathecal drug delivery systems for spasticity and pain in Spinal Cord Injuries, Cerebral Palsy, Head Injury, Stroke & Multiple Sclerosis (MS) patients.
Having recently done a survey it was revealed to Mr Raza that there was a significant use of street cannabis in the Spinal Cord injury community. He strongly believes that the provision of Medical Cannabis will be a more safe and effective way to manage otherwise challenging pain and spasticity cases.

After completing his GP training in Southampton and Jersey he joined his current Practice in 1999. David has experience managing mental and physical health problems that includes a special interest in dependency to prescribed and illicit drugs. He is the Safeguarding lead at his GP Practice and takes an active part in management.
He co-founded Susida Medical in 2020 after a lecture on its benefits in common problems he encountered in primary care took his interest. He has a keen interest in the use of medical cannabis in the wide variety of problems he encounters in Primary Care.

Her interest in the management of chronic pain is what fed Chrissie’s journey into medical cannabis – looking for ways to better manage the experiences of the patient’s she consults with. She is interested in the joining of psychotherapeutic interventions with disease management and linking the role of medical cannabis into general practice.

He currently works as a Clinical Lead in Alcohol and Substance Use in Shropshire and for a Private Detox Facility. His vast knowledge of the subject has resulted in him being a visiting lecturer at Aston University.
Pete has a keen interest in Medicinal Cannabis and runs sessional Clinics under a shared care agreement for Private patients who have been prescribed Medicinal Cannabis by a Consultant and need to be reviewed and maintained on a prescription.
